About Grant Ready Start Network

Grant Ready Start is a coalition of community stakeholders who are committed to provide input, guidance, and support to the lead agency, Grant Early Childhood Network. The Grant ECN Ready Start Advisory Council will assist in creating change to make high-quality, early care and education available to all eligible children in Grant Parish, so children enter kindergarten healthy and ready for success.

RSN has established a local collaborative governing structure for shared decision-making with by-laws that adhere to public meeting requirements.

Mission: To provide children birth to four access to high-quality early childhood care and education and support the diverse needs of children and families in Grant Parish so that children can enter Kindergarten as lifelong learners.

Vision: Ensure our community understands and supports a system of high-quality and sustainable early childhood education to develop a foundation for lifelong learning.
