Type III: Early Learning Center
Serving infants, toddlers, and pre-k children
Grant Early Childhood centers are licensed by the Department of Education and offer a blend of care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschool children. They adhere to stricter regulations than other types of childcare, ensuring:
Safety and security: State-mandated protocols for hygiene, health checks, and emergency preparedness.
Qualified Staff: Teachers with specialized training in early childhood education and CPR certification.
Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum: Age-specific programs focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Individualized Attention: Smaller staff-to-child ratios allow for personalized learning plans.
Preparation for Kindergarten: Building essential skills like language, literacy, and social interaction.
Head Start / Early Head Start
Head Start - serving children who are 6 weeks to 4 years
Grant Early Childhood Programs help children ages 6 weeks to 4 years get ready for school and succeed in life! As part of Grant ECN (Grant Early Childhood Network), we offer:
Fun Learning Activities: Music, stories, playtime, and more to help your child grow and learn.
Healthy Meals and Snacks: Nutritious food to keep your child energized and healthy.
Support for Parents: Workshops, resources, and a community to help you raise a happy, healthy child.
